This apartment is the proof that even 30m2 are adequate to settle in. The motto is small but nice and you will find everything needed in this cozy Apartment starting from double bed, bath to a homely lounge in the kitchen. When needed you can use the extendable couch for 2 more sleeping facilities.
In our garden grew a bunch of different flowers which will please you and if you take a look around you will see the Kronplatz skiing region and the bypassing cycling path, which is meandering through the whole Pustertal.

Beside the living and eating area with a fully equipped kitchen you will find two separate bedrooms with double beds and one bathroom. In case this is not enough you can use the couch in the living room and expand it for two more Persons.
