Price information
The indicated prices are for 2 persons per day, additionally visitor`s tax and final cleaning.
Extra charge for additional person:
- Adult € 15 per person/day
- Children (up to 14 years) € 12 child/day
- Children until 3 years are exempted from charge
Visitors tax: € 2,50 per person/night (from 14 years)
Final cleaning: € 40 (per Apartment)
Deposit
The booking will be treated as binding as soon as we receive the deposit of 150 €. Please transfer the deposit to the following bank account and use your name as subject for the transaction as well as the reservation number.

The deposit will not be refunded in case of cancellation. The cancellation request has to be in written. The following cancellation conditions below also apply.
Payment
Please settle the bill in cash on day of arrival or the day before leaving.
You can also pay by bank transfer.
Visitors tax can only be payed in cash.
Please note: in Italy it is no longer allowed to pay amounts of more than 4.999.99 € in cash (from 1 January 2022).
Cancellation policy
- For cancellations up to 60 days before arrival, the deposit will be charged as a cancellation fee.
- For cancellations 59 - 21 days before arrival we charge 60% of the booking amount.
- For cancellations 20 - 14 days before arrival we charge 80% of the booking amount.
- For cancellations 13 days or less before arrival date, for no-show, late arrival or early departure we charge 100% of the agreed total price.
